David brings extensive experience in the London lettings market, having worked with some of the city's largest estate agencies. He joined Carter Jonas in 2015 to lead the Fulham office, before transitioning to head the prestigious Marylebone office in 2019. In his current role, David manages a diverse portfolio of private clients and estates, including high-profile entities such as The Portman Estate and The Howard de Walden Estate.With a dynamic and client-focused approach, David is dedicated to fostering strong, lasting relationships. The heart of The Portman Estate is 110 acres of prime property in central London. Located between Oxford Street and Edgware Road, and extending north towards the Marylebone Road and east to Marylebone High Street, it sits in the vibrant and cosmopolitan area of Marylebone.

We have been appointed as a Letting Agent for The Portman Estate’s residential portfolio since 2012, marketing its diverse selection of properties, ranging from charming mews houses to modern apartments.

Our main role is to introduce suitable tenants, negotiate tenancy terms, and prepare references and tenancy agreements for all lets. We specialise in working with Relocation Agents, who bring to the Estate high-calibre corporate and professional tenants.

In addition to this, we provide up-to-date market appraisals on properties that are coming back to the market, and also give advice on refurbishment projects.
