The Howard de Walden Estate is the freehold owner of most of the buildings in 92 acres of Marylebone, central London. It manages and leases properties across an area that extends from Marylebone High Street in the west to Portland Place in the east and from Wigmore Street in the south to Marylebone Road in the north.
We have been appointed as Letting Agent for the Howard de Walden Estate residential property portfolio since 2007. Our principal role is to market their properties, introduce suitable tenants, negotiate rental terms, and complete all pre-tenancy paperwork.
In addition to this, we provide up-to-date market appraisals on properties that are coming back to the market, and keep the Estate informed of changes to the legislation in the UK residential property industry.
Howard de Walden Estate keep a league table monitoring the annual performance of their panel of agents, and Carter Jonas are proud to have generated the highest total rents for the Estate for seven consecutive years.
