Carter Jonas has appointed Dominic Bruneau, an industry expert, to the newly created role as National Head of Residential Sales.

This appointment comes as the business prepares to launch its next five-year strategy. In this role, Dominic will join the firm’s Residential board, which is led by Head of Residential, Lisa Simon.

Dominic brings over 30 years of experience in estate agency, having been both a director and business owner, and has a strong background in business leadership, coaching and assessment.

He began his career at General Accident Estate Agents (Aviva UK), eventually becoming the Divisional Sales Director, overseeing 44 offices across the South East. Following this, he spent several years at Dexters and was appointed London Managing Director following the acquisition of nine branches in West London. Dominic then spent 10 years as Managing Director at Bourne Estate Agents, where he established a culture of collaboration and quality, leading to the strategic expansion of the business and increased profitability.

Most recently, he has worked as a consultant with leading estate agents, providing innovation training and coaching programs designed to help individuals succeed.

In his new role, Dominic will leverage his extensive knowledge to oversee Carter Jonas’ network of 14 residential sales teams across the UK. He will shape and direct the strategy for the business in this area, focusing on client satisfaction and talent. He aims to develop further the firm’s working practices to accelerate growth while playing a central role in financial planning, staff progression, and the development of procedures to help achieve ambitious growth targets.
