Carter Jonas’ Oxford team has scooped the award for Best Property Consultant at the inaugural OxProp Festival 2018.

The awards, established by the UK Property Forum as a celebration of the very best of the regional property sector, was held on 18 April at the historic Bodleian Library. A total of 24 businesses were shortlisted for the festival’s awards, three of which were finalists in the Best Property Consultant category sponsored by MEPC. 

With 37 offices across the UK, Carter Jonas counts Oxfordshire as one of its key regional locations. Its team, based out of the hub office in Mayfield House, Summertown, Oxford, offers a wide range of expertise across the commercial, residential, rural, planning and development sectors together with a number of specialist services.

The team’s submission focused on activity in Oxfordshire and their collective efforts to grow market share and create new business to meet ambitious business plan objectives and the evolving needs of their clients over the course 2017. The innovative work of the team was underpinned by exceptional customer care and a positive financial performance whilst the judges also commended Carter Jonas on its wider corporate and social responsibility initiatives undertaken in the region.
