08 April 2014, Milton Park has let 5,215 sq ft at 101 Park Drive on a six year lease to QinetiQ Commerce Decisions, a leading international provider of technology-based services and solutions to the defence, security and related markets. 101 Park Drive is one of two high quality offices currently under construction as part of a £15 million new development by MEPC.

These buildings offer the only new Grade A office accommodation in Oxfordshire and we knew they would appeal to a growing global organisation."

Jo added: "The 101 and 102 development will be completed in May, providing 55,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation.
