Recent sales at The Deanery in Bretton mean that over two thirds of the homes at the 75-home development are now reserved, with just 12 homes available in the current phase released for sale through Carter Jonas in Peterborough.
The latest pair of reservations happened in one weekend at the end of a week in which exchanges took place on two homes with another four sales ongoing.
The Deanery is a development of brand new homes on the eastern fringe of Peterborough, adjacent to the historic Milton Park, and is being built by one of the region’s leading, locally-based developers, Broadgate Homes.
In the current phase of homes released for sale, there are 3, 4 and 5-bedroom properties remaining for sale and each new home comes with a complete specification and with a double garage and garden.
Louise Fox, of Carter Jonas New Homes, said:
"Interest in The Deanery is continuing to convert to reservations and sales.
"With so many of the homes already sold and occupied, it’s making the transition from being considered as a new location into an established neighbourhood, which is a real milestone in the lifecycle of any brand new development."
Prices on homes for sale at The Deanery start at £184,995 for a 3-bedroom semi-detached home or end of terrace, rising to £224,995 for a 5-bedroom home with double garage.
There are a range of plot-specific incentives available. For details of these and of the new homes available for sale, currently, at The Deanery in Bretton, contact Carter Jonas' Peterborough office, T: 01733 568100.
