20 August 2012, One of the UK's largest house builders, Bellway Homes has chosen Carter Jonas as the agent on its newest Peterborough development which has recently been launched for sale.

Zoe Davies, senior associate, will lead the Carter Jonas new homes sales effort with Bellway at Mosaic, a development of 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes on Itter Crescent which overlooks the cityis Itter Park.

With a reputation for new homes expertise, Carter Jonas is working with Bellway Homes on three developments around Northampton & Milton Keynes but this is the first development in Peterborough.
