Carter Jonas' Shrewsbury office is moving into one of the first eco-commercial developments in the Shrewsbury area – The Sansaw Business Park - where they will occupy the South Pavilion, one of three new architecturally striking buildings.
The complex is built on the site of a former Victorian walled garden on The Sansaw Estate at Hadnall and offers ground source heat exchangers, passive air ventilation and rain water harvesting as some of the state-of-the-art features designed to ensure minimal impact on the environment. The units have recently been given an EP Asset Rating of A.
“ Increasingly we are offering advice to clients on energy issues” says Mark Laws, Head of the Carter Jonas Shrewsbury office, “it is therefore important that we are seen to set an example in trying to ensure we are minimising our own environmental impact. Our move to these superb offices is just one way of doing this”.
The Sansaw Business Park was officially opened by The Duke of Westminster on 10 September of this year. The Carter Jonas team of some 35 staff are set to move in on December 18.
Adds Mark Laws, “Our Shrewsbury office has experienced substantial growth of late which has underpinned the need to move. We are looking forward to continued success both for ourselves and our clients. Moving into our new ultra-modern home is a great way of kick starting the New Year”.
