Trevor Dodkins has joined Carter Jonas as a Partner and Head of Planning for the firm's eastern region, based in the Cambridge office.
Trevor joins from another high profile property consultancy, where he was in charge of its regional planning team.
Spanning the planning and development disciplines for over 25 years, Trevor has held positions in local authorities, with developers and planning consultancies before taking on roles within larger property consultancies and has experience acting for landowning, private, public and corporate clients.
Trevor has been involved with various urban and rural residential, commercial, rural and leisure schemes as well mixed-use schemes across the East of England.
He worked on the award-winning Accordia scheme on Brooklands Avenue in Cambridge and also the redevelopment of Chelmsford City FC’s ground for a residential and leisure use.
As Head of Planning, Trevor Dodkins will be bringing his experience to projects for clients with land and development interests across the East and East Midlands, as well as adding to Carter Jonas’ planning expertise across its national network of 31 offices.
