Agent Carter Jonas has just announced that The Old Stackyard on Church Street in the village of Stilton will be open to view every weekend in February to give potential purchasers additional time to view each brand new home at the development.
The Old Stackyard is a small, courtyard development of nine brand new homes of 3 and 4 bedroom properties built by Huntingdonshire-based Amesview Developments and each home comes with 2 car parking spaces.
The homes are a mix of detached and terraced-styles and offer a variety of layouts, with ground floor bedrooms in some of the larger properties as well as modern use of space with either kitchen/family room or large open plan kitchens in combination as appropriate to the property.
As Zoe Davies, senior associate at Carter Jonas in Peterborough, explains:
“With small developments such as The Old Stackyard, it’s usual to arrange viewings on a one-off basis and, at weekends, these are traditionally centred around Saturday mornings.
“However, we felt that it would be important to be fully open at weekends to allow potential purchasers a little longer to look round and chose the right home for them from the select collection of homes we have there.”
So for the month of February, Carter Jonas and Amesview Developments have decided to offer additional time for viewings across extended hours on both days of the weekend. This means The Old Stackyard will be open from 11am until 3pm for all four weekends in the month, beginning on Saturday 04th.
