Carter Jonas has won a new instruction from MEPC to market the ground floor of 97 Milton Park and 100 Milton Park, Abingdon, acting jointly with Knight Frank.
These flagship buildings provide Grade A quality office space combined with a selection of energy saving features and are immediately available in suites from 3,788 sq ft up to 27,318 sq ft. This office space is the best in class in the region in terms of cost in use and future proofing and substantial savings will be made by the occupiers when compared with more conventional offerings.
Scott Harkness of Carter Jonas comments: “We have enjoyed a very active involvement on the estate over recent years on behalf of both occupiers and the landlord; this appointment to let the estate’s two prime office buildings is the ‘icing on the cake’ for us. The increased scope of our involvement on behalf of MEPC enables our client to access prospects across the region with a clear and compelling offer based around leading edge environmental dynamics and space planning efficiency coupled with the all the amenities staff need to fulfil their requirements during a working day and the locational advantages of Milton Park.”
Over the past year Carter Jonas has been instrumental in a number of transactions on the estate including lettings to Plasma Surgical and Nexeon which highlight a genuine improvement in occupier sentiment over this period.
James Dipple, managing director for MEPC Milton Park, said: “Working with Carter Jonas gives us access to a professional and expert property specialist who combines a well established reputation with innovative thinking. Against a challenging economic background and ever changing corporate needs MEPC Milton Park continues to ensure that it works with the best advisors available.”
