Trinity Court, a development of six office units at Buckingway Business Park, just north of Cambridge on the A14, close to the M11 & A1(M) interchanges is being marketed by Carter Jonas' Commercial Team in Cambridge.

Buckingway Business Park is an established business location on the edge of the village of Swavesey and on the opposite side of the A14 carriageway from Cambridge Services. 

The units available at Trinity Court range is size from 3,335 sq ft to 7,412 sq ft.

Buckingway Business Park is accessed from either side of the A14 west or east and in future will benefit from the planned upgrades and widening of the A14. The new guided bus service to and from Cambridge, which is scheduled to start running through Swavesey later this year will help to raise the profile of the Park in the local business community.
