The former Alden Press Building at Windrush Park in Witney, Oxfordshire, is on the market, offering an excellent modern industrial facility within a self-contained 3.6 acre site. One of the Park’s most prominent buildings, the building offers 48,820 sq ft industrial and office accommodation and there is scope for expansion subject to planning.
Built just two years ago, this contemporary building is metal clad under a curved roof. “While it’s sad to see a firm go under, there is robust demand for this type of building, especially one of such high standard and prominence, so we are hopeful it will not be on the market for long,” says Jon Silversides of agent Carter Jonas.
Well equipped for a modern, light industrial business, the building includes an impressive reception area, an eight person lift, comfort cooling and heating and combined open plan and enclosed offices. The production space has a clear 41m internal span and up to 9.1m ceiling height. There are electric loading doors, full length glazing on both sides, caged storage and a heating and cooling plant. Outside there is a secure rear yard, a 105-space car park and external lighting.
