Carter Jonas is pleased to announce that the commercial team of Crisp Cowley in Bath is to join its Commercial Division. The team will operate from a new Carter Jonas office in the centre of Bath.

Crisp Cowley will now be focussed entirely on running its residential department under Director, Charles Everitt.

Philip Marshall, who is joining Carter Jonas as a Partner, will head the commercial team in Bath. He is considered to be one of the city’s leading commercial property experts, with over 20 years experience of dealing with all aspects of commercial property.
 
Philip’s experienced and established team will be assisting him in looking to further develop the commercial business, providing specialist advice across all sectors of the commercial property market within the region.

The team will continue to concentrate on their core business – advising on property disposal and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters and valuation work.
