Almost a year on from unveiling the official plans, Carter Jonas is reporting steady progress in the development of Peterborough’s newest business location.

Eagle Business Park is a 19.3 acre site with extensive frontage onto the Broadway in Yaxley and is being developed by R&H Estates, an established commercial developer in the region whose past developments, locally, include Barnack Business Park, Saracen Business Park, Viking Trade Park and Bakewell Business Park.

Working on behalf of the developer, Carter Jonas began promoting Eagle Business Park last summer (June 2008) and, given the economic climate since the launch, the agents are buoyed by the continued level of interest and the level of activity during the last year.

Three sites totalling 1.2 acres are sold with a further 4.3 acres in solicitors’ hands, totalling 5.5 acres of Eagle Business Park. Naturally, the agents are encouraging any parties with potential interest to register it as soon as possible. 

Infrastructure and services are now being implemented on site and the agents say this will help to raise the profile of Eagle Business Park in the local business community.
