London, 12 May 2014, Clients’ nominations have brought national success to the lettings team at Carter Jonas.

The team found they had reached the upper echelons of the industry on Friday May 9 at the Park Lane Hilton in London during the Estate and Lettings Agents Awards, widely known as The ESTAS, when the results were announced by television property pundit Phil Spencer.

The agency won the silver award for the best medium size national lettings agency with between six and 20 offices across the UK.

“It’s fantastic to know that clients hold your agency in high enough regard to win such a prestigious ranking among national agencies,” says Zaza Gilmore, partner in charge of residential lettings in Hampshire for Carter Jonas.

“It relied on good feedback from clients - the award organisers ask clients a series of questions about the service they have received from their agents so entrants to the awards are not able to influence the outcome.

“Being nominated is a great service to us as lettings agents because we get client feedback that we haven’t sourced ourselves, making it truly neutral. It’s the most valuable input any business could wish for and helps us to make even better the standards of service that are obviously already creating a good impression.
