Oxford City Council has opened a further Call for Sites consultation to inform the preparation of its new Local Plan which will provide the framework for development in Oxford up to 2036.
Sites submitted must be within Oxford City’s administrative boundary, considered suitable for future development and likely to become available by 2036.
At this stage, allocations for any type of land use will be considered and there is no criteria for minimum or maximum size of site.
Sites submitted previously do not need to be submitted again – however the City Council welcome any updated information such as estimated development timelines or ownership changes.
In order to be considered in the new Local Plan ‘Preferred Options’ document (due to be published for consultation in Summer 2017), the City Council requests that information is submitted by 9th December 2016.
If you are interested in submitting a site, please contact a member of the Oxford Planning Team for further advice and assistance.
