17 October 2014, The old buildings at Witney’s former dairy site at Oxford Hill have been demolished and 14 new homes are being built by developer Chesside Homes.
Set to be launched in early 2015 by selling agent Carter Jonas, the new development, which will be called One Oxford Hill, will total 14 high specification timber frame houses and comprise 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes.
A Coming Soon board has been installed to attract early interest. Prices will be released in early 2015.
Johanna Hooley, new homes sales manager at Carter Jonas who will be selling the houses said: “The houses at One Oxford Hill are set to highly specified and incredibly desirable. We will be releasing prices in early 2015 but since putting up the “Coming soon” board, we have had so much early interest for what will be a really superb development. Every day I get calls from people hoping to secure their new home at One Oxford Hill.”
