Our professionals have been selected to advise Guildford Borough Council on its plan to undertake a proactive role in the regeneration of Guildford Town centre and its hinterland.

The Council has assembled a multi-disciplinary team to develop a viable and deliverable plan for its economic regeneration underpinned by a constraints informed masterplan, technical studies and financial model that will provide its route map for economic based regeneration over the next 15 years.  

Specific advice is to be provided on a number of Council owned development areas that will present the opportunity to address identified needs. The primary sites are Bedford Wharf, North Street and Woodbridge Meadows. 

The constraint led pro-active delivery plan will need to be based on current and future looking evidence base and an aspirational deliverable strategic masterplan.
