Our development team has completed the unconditional sale of a 23.19 hectare (53.30 acre) residential development site in Ripon, North Yorkshire. 

We were initially instructed by the landowner to select a development partner to promote the site through the planning process. Our professionals agreed a promotion agreement with Gladman, who secured outline planning permission for the development of up to 390 dwellings. Working alongside Gladman, and on behalf of the landowner, we marketed the site and recently concluded the successful sale to Homes England.
