A prominent building on Cambridge Business Park, set to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment to provide flexible laboratory and office space split equally over two floors, has been launched to the occupier market by Carter Jonas and Savills with specialist consultants Creative Places advising.
Comprising 22,681 sq ft (2,107 sq m), Matrix House is a self-contained building just off Milton Road with dedicated parking. The building is currently vacant and available for commencement of works. The property will benefit from a complete renovation, with interior upgrades including new flooring, ceiling, lighting, and dedicated breakout spaces in the office areas. Laboratory accommodation will be refurbished to a high specification, with suitable flooring, ventilation, lighting and amenities to meet the requirements of specialist occupiers from the life sciences and tech sectors.
