Carter Jonas has appointed Toby Lambert as Head of Residential Development (East). 

Toby is based in Carter Jonas’ Cambridge office and will oversee development deals across the Eastern Region, covering the historic East Anglian Counties of Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk, but also including the neighbouring Counties of Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. 

He will also work with Carter Jonas’ wider offering – which includes specialists in planning, commercial property, infrastructure, energy, rural, residential and building consultancy - to strengthen the firm's position in the region and provide a full range of integrated property services.
