Our professionals assisted Cambridge Investment Partnership (CIP) with their proposals for Parcel L2 in Orchard Park, Cambridge.

Working alongside award winning architects, Mole, we successfully achieved planning permission for a revised scheme on the site, which consists of 75 flats including 40% affordable rented homes, along with enhanced landscaping.
 
The improved scheme will deliver a highly sustainable residential development incorporating two apartment blocks and a row of coach houses. The project will be promoted as a car capped development with two hybrid/electric car club vehicles on site, along with increased cycle parking provision. Other sustainable credentials include air source heat pumps for every dwelling, biodiverse green roofs and electric vehicle charging points. 
 
The project team also worked with the local community to design the scheme and the adjoining public area of open space will be improved and incorporated into the proposals. The development of this site is one of the final pieces of the Orchard Park parcel and development of the site will result in an enhancement for existing residents.
