Carter Jonas with joint agents Savills have completed the sale of Lansdown Grove Hotel in Bath to Axcel Hospitality Limited.

The Grade II listed hotel has 61 high quality and modern suites which have recently been refurbished and benefits from a reception lounge, lounge and lounge bar, restaurant with terrace and function suite. Externally there are private lawned gardens with mature trees plus private off street parking for around 40 cars. It is located in the Lansdown area of Bath, conveniently located for the city centre and the range of attractions that Bath has to offer.
