Acting on behalf of NFU Mutual, Carter Jonas has let the first and largest building on the last phase of the Tungsten Park scheme in Witney.

Totalling 74,000 sq ft, Unit 12 has been let to a local long-standing company to facilitate their growing occupational needs. 

Phase 3 at Tungsten Park comprises four buildings jointly totalling 169,000 sq ft, comprising high-quality warehousing and industrial accommodation. The scheme completes the overall 24-acre site, which has a combined development total of 469,000 sq ft of space.
