The sale arises due to the decision by Andrew Brown to retire from farming after many years at Hill Barn Farm as a respected tenant of the Crown Estate. All the machinery on offer is that which would be associated with a 650-acre arable unit together with a large collection of workshop tools, equipment, and spares. The machines have been well maintained and operated with thought and respect and have been upgraded on a regular basis.
