The sale commences at 10.30am, with viewing the morning of the sale from 9am.

The sale arises from the death of Mr Neil Hosier and a change in farming policy. The farm has been run commercially and very successfully as a large dairy and arable unit by the Hosier family under the guidance of long-term farm manager (43 years) Mr John Couling who is now retiring. The arable part of the business is now being moved over to join the dairy unit on a contract farming arrangement with local farmers and therefore there is no longer any requirement for the machinery 

The machinery on offer is outstanding! It has been operated, maintained, and looked after with the upmost care and attention and to the high standard which was expected by Neil Hosier. Many of the machines are of a very high specification, have low hours, and are in immaculate condition, the majority having been owned from new. Machinery is purchased outright and there are no finance arrangements 

This sale offers a rare opportunity to potential purchasers to acquire genuine top quality well-maintained large modern machinery, and as the waiting time for brand new machines continues to grow this genuine dispersal is a must for those wanting first class very clean machinery.
