Lettings fees discount terms and conditions

  1. The promoter of this prize draw is Carter Jonas LLP, One Chapel Place, London W1G 0BG.
  2. By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. Only one entry per person will be valid.
  4. The prize is 50% off rent collection and fully managed service to the first 10 landlords who instruct Carter Jonas before the end of 2024.
  5. Terms of Business must be signed by the end of December 2024.
  6. Properties have to be within the predefined area.
  7. Have to agree to a ‘To Let’ board and a ‘Let Agreed’ board.
  8. The 50% offer applies to our rent collection and fully managed service. All other fees in our Terms of Business will apply.
  9. If a dispute arises, the decision of Carter Jonas LLP is final.
