With the Environment Act and the Agriculture Act both now enacted, the outlook for the whole property industry – from developers and investors to private landowners and local authorities – looks very different with an ever-increasing focus on the environment, carbon neutrality, biodiversity and protecting our finite natural resources.

In this webinar series, we focused in turn on some of the key topics in this realm, highlighting both the opportunities as well as giving some practical advice on how to overcome some of the new challenges presented.
