Lee heads up our Living Sector capabilities, utilising his experience from previous senior directorial roles at FirstPort Group and Orchard & Shipman, providing consultancy and management services across a wide range of residential offerings.
Lee has previously had management responsibility for the UK’s largest BTR scheme at Wembley and advised high street names and investment funds on innovating new styles of BTR and residential offerings to market.
Becky joined Carter Jonas in 2022, having previously held roles at Cortland and MCR Property Group. She has over 15 years of property management experience across portfolio, block and BTR. Becky works within our central portfolio management team, acting on behalf of the client, and ensuring all operational services are delivered as per client expectations.
Maria joined Carter Jonas in 2018, her background of varied industries of manufacturing, hospitality and IT provides a strong analytical view on using reports to interrogate data bespoke for each client. Maria heads up the Living Sector Client Accounting team in Shrewsbury ensuring all client funds are managed under the RICS regulations and oversees the provision of our portfolio reporting and audit liaison.
Ali has been a part of the Carter Jonas team since joining their internship program in 2022. His role as an analyst in the Living Capital Markets sector utilises his financial economics background. Working closely within the PBSA and co-living sector, he plays a vital role in data analysis, underwriting, and reporting. With his dedication and expertise, Ali contributes significantly to the team's overall success.
